By accessing or using eBay Listing DescriptionAI ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to create listings for prohibited eBay items (counterfeit goods, illegal items, etc.)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers against our platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

Free Plan: Includes 1 listing per month at no cost. No credit card required.

Paid Plans: Charged in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Listing Limits: Each plan includes a fixed number of listing generations per month. Unused listings do not roll over to subsequent months.

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 30-day guarantee window.

Downgrade: Requests to downgrade to a lower-tier plan take effect at the next billing cycle.

Our IP: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of eBay Listing DescriptionAI and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the product data, images, and listings you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-Generated Output: Listing content generated by our AI based on your input is provided for your use. We make no claim to ownership of your generated listing content.

The Service must not be used to create listings for:

• Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded goods
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, firearms, or explosive materials where prohibited
• Adult content or services
• Items prohibited under eBay's Prohibited & Restricted Items policy
• Any product or service that violates applicable law

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any product information, images, and content you input into the Service. We do not verify the accuracy of product data extracted from third-party URLs.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our policies without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBay Listing DescriptionAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
